Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns for our INSIDER Loyalty Program, focusing on customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage INSIDER campaigns and point-of-sale communication, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to define INSIDER features and benefits, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and implement omnichannel segmentation strategies to enhance customer targeting and loyalty.
  • Monitor loyalty key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and develop suitable action plans to optimize program effectiveness.
  • Manage budget planning and control activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and program ROI.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external agencies, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communication or Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Marketing or CRM.
  • Experience in CRM and loyalty programs, with knowledge of omnichannel campaign management and customer relationship building.
  • Familiarity with CRM and loyalty tools, as well as strong initiative, innovation, decision-making, communication, and creativity skills.
  • Excellent language skills in German and English, with knowledge of Eastern European languages as a plus.
