CRM & Retention Manager:in (m/w/d) - Customer Loyalty Expert

We are seeking a seasoned CRM professional to join our team as a CRM & Retention Manager:in. As a key member of our Multi-Brand Group, you will play a crucial role in driving customer loyalty and retention across our portfolio of brands. Your mission will be to enhance the Customer Lifetime Value and increase repeat purchase rates through your expertise in CRM and data-driven decision making.
Your Key Responsibilities- Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize automated email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- CRM Database Management: Collaborate with our development team to design and implement a tailored CRM solution.
- Cohort Analysis: Analyze cohort developments using Shopify or Klar and derive actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Alternative CRM Channels: Implement WhatsApp marketing, offline print mailings, and other CRM initiatives to engage customers.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a community strategy across our social media channels.
- Branding Initiatives: Work with our design team to implement branding initiatives that enhance the customer brand experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in a fast-paced eCom/D2C environment.
- Extensive experience in using Klaviyo for email marketing.
- Experience in building and maintaining CRM databases.
- Experience in additional CRM channels such as WhatsApp and print mailings.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Proactive and solution-oriented work approach.
