Your Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative sales strategies for green hydrogen from advanced H2 projects.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hydrogen energy market, including potential customers and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate and participate in the creation of H2 business contracts and letters of intent.
  • Support the development of new product features based on market feedback, together with the team.
  • Question and optimize business cases for hydrogen with input from various teams.
  • Advise potential customers and obtain feedback on our solutions.
  • Conduct training and presentations on our products, both internally and externally.

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or industrial engineering, or comparable training.
  • Several years of professional experience in product development, sales strategies, and/or business development.
  • Experience in conceptual development of new business ideas and knowledge of negotiating and drafting customer contracts.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and teams across all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial personality with the ability to combine customer needs and market developments into new business opportunities.
  • Strong expertise and network in industries such as steel, refineries, chemicals, glass/ceramics, or sales experience in natural gas or technical sales.
  • Fluency in German and English, with other foreign languages an advantage.
