We are looking for a talented individual to join our New Commodity Development team, which is focused on hydrogen and climate-friendly ammonia. As a Trainee in Green Energy Sales, you will support the energy transition and the transformation of our company towards climate-friendly solutions.
Your responsibilities will include developing products for our customers, acting as an interface between sales managers and the procurement of green raw materials, and identifying and developing new business opportunities in the hydrogen energy market.
You will also have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experts from many different fields, contribute ideas, and work on your own projects with various stakeholders.
We offer a 18- or 24-month traineeship program that will give you a deep insight into our day-to-day business and help you explore your personal strengths. You will also have the opportunity to bring in and enhance your interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Our trainees have the opportunity to work in an international environment with team members from over 80 countries. You will have the flexibility to choose how, when, and where you want to work, and you will have access to individual mentoring and a buddy from day one.
We are fortunate that, on average, more than 95% of all trainees remain with our team after their program and take on an appropriate follow-up position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gaining a deep understanding of Uniper's business, its value drivers, and the business environment
- Learning from and collaborating with experts from many different fields
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the hydrogen energy market
- Developing products for our customers and acting as an interface between sales managers and the procurement of green raw materials
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics, engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable disciplines
- Ideal first practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities in the conceptual development of new business ideas
- Curiosity and openness to working in an international environment
- Intercultural experience is crucial, experience abroad a plus
