**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct continuous market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand our presence in the marine market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the marine industry and its trends.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
