Position Overview

  • Serve as the primary liaison for crisis and emergency response initiatives at TEAG Thüringer Energie
  • Design and uphold the business continuity management framework
  • Develop comprehensive emergency strategies, protocols, and training exercises in collaboration with various departments within TEAG Thüringer Energie and the broader crisis management framework of the organization
  • Ensure adherence to applicable legal requirements and standards for emergency readiness
  • Establish and document the approach for damage assessment and criticality evaluation (Business and Risk Impact Analyses)
  • Oversee reporting processes related to operational emergencies and crisis situations
  • Emphasize crisis and emergency management as part of the certification process for TEAG Thüringer Energie in accordance with IT security standards
  • Act as the representative for the Information Security Board of TEAG Thüringer Energie

Your Skills and Abilities

  • Relevant academic degree
  • Extensive experience in crisis and emergency management
  • Certification as a Business Continuity Manager (e.g., ISO certification)
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Ability to maintain composure and prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
