Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at our Erfurt location. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our premises, employees, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Control: Manage access to our premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the building.
- Emergency Response: Handle emergency situations, such as alarms, disturbances, and drills, in a professional and timely manner.
- Reception and Visitor Management: Register and direct visitors, guests, clients, and prospects, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Communication: Answer and transfer phone calls, ensuring clear and effective communication with our clients and employees.
- Work Traffic Management: Secure and manage work traffic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervision and Documentation: Monitor and document security-related activities, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- External Company Accompaniment: Escort external companies and individuals, ensuring their safety and security.
- General Service Procedures: Operate and monitor general service procedures, maintaining a high level of security and safety.
Requirements
- Training and Expertise: Possess training or expertise according to regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Language Skills: Proficient in German (at least B2 level) and English (advantageous).
- Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills, working effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Criminal Record: Possess a clean criminal record, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Security-Related Technology: Proficient in security-related technology, including first aid and fire safety training certification.
