Crisis Response Manager

Position Overview
- Act as the primary liaison for crisis and emergency management at TEAG Thüringer Energie.
- Design and implement a robust business continuity management (BCM) framework.
- Develop comprehensive emergency plans, procedures, and training scenarios in collaboration with various departments and the overarching crisis management strategy of the organization.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements and industry standards related to emergency readiness.
- Establish and document methodologies for damage assessment and criticality evaluation (Business and Risk Impact Analyses).
- Oversee reporting mechanisms related to operational emergencies and crisis situations.
- Concentrate on crisis and emergency management as part of the certification process according to the IT security framework.
- Represent the Information Security Board of TEAG Thüringer Energie.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in crisis and emergency management.
- Certification as a Business Continuity Manager (e.g., ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
