Fleet Sales Executive

Position Overview

As a key player in the Sales Department at Mercedes-Benz, you will engage in the dynamic field of Fleet Sales. This role is centered around fostering relationships with both regional and national fleet clients, ensuring their needs are met with our exceptional range of vehicles.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support and manage relationships with regional and national fleet customers.
  • Identify and acquire local businesses with competitive fleet requirements for Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain connections with third-party leasing companies.
  • Provide centralized and decentralized support to end users.
  • Organize and facilitate local events and product showcases tailored for fleet customers.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess certification as an automotive salesperson (f/m/d) in accordance with VDA/VDIK/ZDK or have substantial experience in automotive sales, along with:

  • Fundamental understanding of public client structures and their procurement processes.
  • Experience with fleet customers specifically for Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles.
  • Sales experience in the fleet segment, including management of interfaces with fleet and third-party leasing companies.
  • Knowledge of fleet management, analysis, tenders, and vehicle policies.
  • A results-driven mindset.
  • Resilience and a sense of humor.
  • A collaborative spirit, working within a team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • A strong affinity for digital processes.
