About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Specialist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting regional and national fleet customers, acquiring local customers with competitive fleets for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, and maintaining contacts and building networks with third-party leasing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting regional and national fleet customers
  • Acquiring local customers with competitive fleets for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars
  • Maintaining contacts and building networks with third-party leasing companies
  • Central and decentralized end-user support
  • Organizing and supporting local events and product presentations for fleet customers

Requirements:

  • Certified as an automotive salesperson (f/m/d) according to VDA/VDIK/ZDK or several years of experience in automotive sales
  • Basic knowledge of the structures of public clients and their procurement guidelines
  • Experience with fleet customers Mercedes-Benz passenger cars
  • Sales experience in the fleet sales segment incl. interface management with fleet and third-party leasing companies desired
  • Knowledge of fleet management and fleet analysis, tenders, and 'car policies'
