Fleet Sales Consultant

Position Overview:

As a key player in the Sales department at Mercedes-Benz, you will engage with a diverse range of fleet customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist regional and national fleet clients with their vehicle needs.
  • Identify and acquire local businesses with competitive fleet requirements for Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party leasing companies to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide centralized and decentralized support to end users.
  • Plan and facilitate local events and product showcases specifically for fleet customers.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess certification as an automotive salesperson (f/m/d) in accordance with VDA/VDIK/ZDK or have substantial experience in automotive sales, along with:

  • Fundamental understanding of public sector client structures and procurement processes.
  • Experience working with fleet customers in the Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicle sector.
  • Sales expertise in the fleet segment, including interface management with fleet and third-party leasing companies.
  • Knowledge of fleet management practices, fleet analysis, tender processes, and vehicle policies.
  • A performance-driven mindset with resilience and a sense of humor.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve ambitious objectives.
  • Proficiency in digital processes and tools.
