Demand Generation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our EMEA DG leadership team at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch). As a key member of our Central Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs (DGRs) in their efforts to prospect for new business and acquire new customers in a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value.
- As the owner for all Demand Generation efforts for Central, you will represent the EMEA DG org in area-specific forums and align on business priorities.
- Mentor and develop young sales professionals, monitor team performance, create scaling mechanisms, build trust with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver the DG organization vision and strategy.
- Oversee the creation and downstream development of efforts taken by the team, analyzing and in-depth understanding of the entire pipeline created for the area, and develop recommendations based on insights gained.
- Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of sales processes to meet the rapid growth of the business and targets attainment.
- Manage the monthly/quarterly business reporting to senior leadership.
- Analyze data and trends and make informed recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Coach and develop a team of Demand Generation Reps.
- Manage Sales Compensation scheme.
- Develop relationships and work with marketing, sales, partner, sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases.
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed.

- MBA, BA/BS degree or relevant experience.

- A strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (Iaas, SaaS, PaaS).
- Profound insights into the DE business ecosystem, main market stakeholders, and trends.
