Im Rahmen einer Nachbesetzung suchen wir Sie als Director of Sales Finance (gn).

Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines kleinen Teams mit direkter Berichtslinie an den Leiter des Controllings
  • Enges Business Partnering mit den globalen Regionalvertriebsleitern
  • Verantwortung für das globale Vertriebscontrolling, die Vertriebssteuerung sowie das Konzerncontrolling
  • Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der festgelegten Vertriebsziele
  • Optimierung und Implementierung von KPIs zur Steuerung und Kontrolle der Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Analyse der Unternehmensleistung (Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Bilanz, Cashflow)
  • Erstellung von Analysen und Berichten für das Management
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Verbesserung der Vertriebsprozesse
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebs- und Finanzcontrolling
  • Erste fachliche Führungserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Konzerncontrolling von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Pricing wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO, BW und SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Kenntnisse in Lucanet von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu durchdringen und in einfache Lösungen umzusetzen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
