Role OverviewWe are seeking an Assistant to the Nursing Service Management at our esteemed SenVital Seniors and Nursing Center. This role is pivotal in ensuring a supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Gradually assume leadership responsibilities alongside the Nursing Service Management.
- Assist in the daily operations of the nursing service.
- Foster a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for residents.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards to provide the highest level of care.
- Maintain accurate and professional nursing documentation.
- Engage in the development and execution of nursing processes.
- Contribute to ongoing nursing and quality improvement initiatives.
- Genuine passion for working with individuals and enhancing their lives.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Desire to take initiative and responsibility.
- Completed training in elderly care, health and nursing, or pediatric nursing, along with relevant experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in nursing or certification as a responsible nursing professional as per § 71 SGB XI.
