About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Social Engagement Volunteer. As a key member of our FSJ program, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior residents and contributing to their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide social support and companionship to our senior residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
• Assist with daily activities, such as mealtime support, exercise programs, and recreational activities.
• Participate in educational seminars and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in social work and senior care.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for our residents.

Requirements:

• Age 16-26 years old
• Completed secondary education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting
