Role OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist in the Nursing Service Management at our esteemed facility.
Key Responsibilities- Gradually acquire leadership responsibilities while supporting the Nursing Service Management.
- Assist in the daily operational tasks of the nursing service.
- Foster a welcoming environment for our residents.
- Ensure the highest standards of care by adhering to our quality protocols.
- Maintain accurate and professional nursing documentation.
- Engage in the development and execution of nursing processes.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing nursing quality.
- Genuine passion for working with individuals and enhancing their lives.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Desire to take on responsibilities and make a difference.
- Completed training in elderly care, health and nursing, or pediatric nursing, with relevant experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a nursing degree or certification as a responsible nursing professional as per § 71 SGB XI.
