Position OverviewWe are seeking an Assistant to the Nursing Service Management / Deputy Nursing Service Management for our SenVital Seniors and Nursing Center.
Key Responsibilities- Gradually acquire leadership responsibilities as the supportive partner to the Nursing Service Management.
- Assist in the daily operations of the Nursing Service Management.
- Foster a welcoming environment for our residents.
- Ensure the highest quality of care by adhering to our established quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and professional nursing documentation.
- Engage in the development and execution of nursing processes.
- Contribute to enhancements in nursing and quality practices.
- Genuine passion for working with and for individuals.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Strong organizational skills, decision-making capabilities, effective communication, and teamwork.
- Desire to assume responsibility and make a difference.
- Completed training in elderly care, health and nursing, or pediatric nursing, with relevant experience.
- Preferably possess a nursing degree or qualification as a responsible nursing professional according to § 71 SGB XI.
