Falken Tyre Europe GmbH is seeking a committed Payroll Administration Assistant to enhance our Human Resources department. This role focuses on aiding the monthly payroll activities across Germany and Europe, alongside supporting benefits management and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will possess a background in payroll or finance, with a solid understanding of tax regulations and social security laws. Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel, is essential. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are crucial.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the monthly payroll activities for Germany and Europe
  • Support benefits management and related documentation
  • Work collaboratively with external partners for payroll processing
Your Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training or relevant qualifications in payroll
  • Understanding of tax regulations and social security laws
  • Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and systematically
