KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Performance & Client Engagement:

Consistently meet and/or surpass individual and boutique sales objectives as set by management. Build and nurture strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique, representing the brand with integrity. Exhibit a proactive approach to attracting new clients while developing existing relationships. Create tailored and high-value sales experiences, focusing on cultivating a distinguished clientele. Ensure every client enjoys outstanding customer service. Provide in-depth product knowledge and insights into the brand's heritage. Assist clients with their service needs, both pre- and post-sale. Uphold the brand's exceptional standards.

Client Relationship Management:

Foster strong client relationships through superior service and brand-specific CRM initiatives. Maintain established standards for client outreach and follow-up. Accurately document client information for effective follow-up and relationship enhancement, utilizing available tools. Address client concerns appropriately and escalate issues to management when necessary. Collaborate with management to devise plans for in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.

Daily Boutique Operations:

Comprehend and adhere to all security and operational protocols for the brand and boutique. Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of the boutique, reporting any maintenance issues. Contribute to the merchandising and upkeep of displays and inventory. Train new staff on sales techniques and visual merchandising standards. Actively engage in daily and annual inventory processes to ensure successful audits. Support special projects as required (price adjustments, back-office responsibilities, etc.)

JOB PROFILE

Personal Attributes:

Extensive experience in Luxury Retail, ideally with 8-10 years in the field, particularly in watchmaking. Proactive and assertive in negotiations and closing sales. Strong client orientation, with a commitment to service and problem-solving. Team-oriented with a positive and constructive attitude. Excellent general education and professional etiquette. A keen sense of luxury service, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to serving clients. Exceptional communication skills, capable of building a robust network. Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Flexibility regarding working hours.
