Luxury Sales Consultant

Sales Performance & Client Engagement:
Consistently meet and/or surpass individual and boutique sales objectives as outlined by management. Foster robust client relationships both within and outside the boutique, effectively representing the brand. Exhibit the capability to proactively attract new clients while nurturing existing ones. Develop tailored and high-value sales strategies, focusing on cultivating a distinguished clientele. Ensure that every client experiences outstanding customer service. Provide in-depth product knowledge and insights into the brand's heritage. Assist clients with their service inquiries, both pre- and post-sale. Uphold the brand's exceptional standards.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exemplary service and brand-specific CRM initiatives. Adhere to established standards for client outreach and follow-up. Accurately document client information for follow-up and relationship enhancement, effectively utilizing available tools. Address client concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. Collaborate with management to create and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.Daily Boutique Operations:
Comprehend and adhere to all security and operational protocols for the brand and boutique. Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of the boutique, reporting any maintenance issues. Contribute to the merchandising and upkeep of displays and inventory. Train new staff on sales techniques and visual merchandising standards. Actively engage in daily and annual inventory processes to ensure successful audits. Support special projects as required (e.g., price adjustments, back-office tasks, etc.)JOB PROFILE
Personal Attributes:
Extensive experience in Luxury Retail, ideally with 8-10 years in the field, and a strong interest in horology. Proactive and assertive in negotiations and closing sales. Highly client-oriented with a commitment to service and problem-solving. Team-oriented with a positive and constructive attitude. Strong educational background and professional etiquette. Exceptional luxury service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a readiness to assist clients. Excellent communication skills, capable of building a professional network. Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous. Willingness to adapt to varying work hours.-
