KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Performance & Client Engagement:

Consistently meet and/or surpass individual and boutique sales objectives as set by management. Build and nurture strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique, representing the brand with integrity. Exhibit a proactive approach to attracting new clients while enhancing relationships with existing clientele. Create tailored and high-value sales experiences, focusing on the cultivation of Les Cabinotiers clientele. Ensure that every client enjoys exceptional service throughout their experience. Provide in-depth product knowledge and insights into the brand's heritage. Assist clients with their service needs, both pre- and post-sale. Uphold the brand's prestigious standards.

Client Relationship Management:

Foster strong client relationships through outstanding service and brand-specific CRM initiatives. Maintain established standards for client outreach and follow-up. Accurately capture client information for follow-up and relationship development, effectively utilizing available tools. Address and resolve client concerns appropriately, escalating issues to management when necessary. Collaborate with management to create and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.

Daily Boutique Operations:

Understand and adhere to all security and operational protocols for the brand and boutique. Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of the boutique, reporting any maintenance needs. Support merchandising efforts and maintain displays and inventory. Train new team members on sales techniques and visual merchandising standards. Actively engage in daily and annual inventory processes to ensure successful audits. Assist with special projects as required (e.g., price adjustments, back-office support).

JOB PROFILE

Personal Attributes:

Extensive experience in Luxury Goods Retail, with a minimum of 8-10 years, particularly in watchmaking. Results-driven, with a strong ability to negotiate and close sales. Highly client-oriented, with a commitment to service and problem-solving. Team-oriented with a positive and constructive attitude. Strong educational background and professional etiquette. Exceptional luxury service skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, capable of building a professional network. Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Flexibility in working hours.
