About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at Prada Group. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the luxury and excellence that Prada embodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Welcome and serve clients with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and offer expert advice to enhance their brand experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and competitors, and demonstrate a deep understanding of Prada's products and brand heritage.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained to the highest standards, including visual displays and stock procedures.
  • Security and Loss Prevention: Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and prevent product thefts.
Requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Luxury Fashion Knowledge: Passion for luxury fashion trends, and an understanding of the luxury retail market.
  • Language Skills: Fluent spoken German and English expected.
