Logistics Team Supervisor

Position Overview:
As a Logistics Team Supervisor, you will serve as the primary liaison for clients within your designated area, overseeing daily operational tasks and ensuring smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding operational activities.Manage local subcontractors effectively.Coordinate approach services to enhance efficiency.Oversee team members within your area of responsibility.Plan staff deployment strategically.Ensure optimal resource allocation.Facilitate comprehensive tour planning and coordination.Monitor and evaluate all key performance indicators pertinent to the role.Engage actively in daily operations to drive success.Qualifications:
Completed training as a freight forwarder or equivalent commercial qualification, with several years of relevant experience in logistics.A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including initial leadership roles in the logistics sector.Strong economic and quality-focused mindset.Ability to make decisions, set goals, and adopt a solution-oriented approach.Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and effective conflict resolution abilities.Desirable proficiency in English.Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.What We Provide:
