Logistics Warehouse Supervisor (m/w/d) Direct Placement

Your Responsibilities
  • Overseeing warehouse operations efficiently
  • Coordinating and scheduling daily packing tasks for team members.
  • Designing and managing cooling processes for sealants. Overseeing the flow of incoming and outgoing goods while utilizing the ERP system.
  • Preparing necessary shipping documentation, including customs declarations.
  • Managing notifications for shipping orders.
  • Engaging with freight forwarders, drivers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Administering customs warehouse operations with specialized software and participating in standby duties.
  • Monitoring stock levels and addressing discrepancies as required.
  • Executing general administrative duties.
  • Handling urgent orders as needed.
  • Upholding quality and safety standards, including managing deviation reports.
  • Ensuring organization, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S program standards.
  • Entering data for quality measures and customer specifications.
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or warehouse manager
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with regulations governing storage and retrieval (ADR, IMO, IACO)
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Interest in utilizing computer systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated responsibility and dependability
  • Adaptability
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous approach
  • Logical reasoning abilities
