We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development professional to drive growth and expand our business in Europe.

As a Sales and Business Development expert, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the IT and engineering consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients to highlight the benefits and features of our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals, providing regular reports to management.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities with marketing support.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development within the IT consultancy and outsourcing industry, preferably in a senior role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A well-established network of contacts in the software development/software consultancy industry, including potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of the outsourcing, nearshoring, and consultancy services.
  • Ability to stay current on new technologies and trends in the outsourcing, nearshoring, and consultancy industries.
