Position Overview

Are you seeking a new opportunity that goes beyond just a job? Do you aspire to shape the future with us? Together, we aim to advance Campus Founders.

As an AI Program Coordinator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the success and evolution of your program. Alongside your assigned Program Coordinator, you will also serve as a key contact for our talents and startups. This role focuses on our AI Founders initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will design and oversee the program structure, enhancing it with additional mentors, experts, and pioneers in the field of AI.
  • You will organize and facilitate sessions with AI specialists and program events.
  • Collaborating with our marketing and communications team, you will develop and implement program marketing strategies.
  • You will lead the application and selection process to attract the most dedicated and talented participants for the program.
  • You will identify the most promising AI startups within the program to transition them into further Campus Founders initiatives.
  • You will ensure adherence to the program's budgetary constraints.
  • You will assess and analyze relevant KPIs and regularly gather feedback to continuously enhance the program.
  • You will identify and manage partnerships on both operational and strategic levels.
Qualifications:
  • You possess a solid professional background, whether through a completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree, preparing you well for your new role as a program manager.
  • You have advanced project management skills, prior experience leading small project teams, and the ability to manage a designated budget.
  • You are comfortable speaking in front of larger groups and thrive in such environments.
  • You have a keen interest in applied AI topics and continuously develop your knowledge through curiosity.
  • You have experience in the startup or AI sector or have participated in an innovation/startup program.
  • You excel at building sustainable relationships and have a good sense for identifying the needs of our stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English, can communicate in German, and enjoy intercultural interactions.
