Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage incidents and problems in 2nd and 3rd level support, including on a European scale.
  • Provide system support, including product integration for dealers, distributors, and end-users.
  • Qualify errors, develop solutions, and create workarounds.
  • Input, track, and document technical inquiries in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate and monitor complex issues/requests to Development Support.
  • Prepare and conduct both in-person and online product training sessions.
  • Maintain the Toshiba PartnerNet in the Document Management Solution product area.
Your Profile:
  • Education as an IT system electronics technician, IT specialist in system integration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems, applications, and server operating systems, as well as other OS (MacOS, Linux, etc.).
  • Familiarity with MFP and document management systems is desirable.
  • Understanding of printing technologies (IPP, LPR, RAW, PDL-PCL, PJL, PDF, XPS) is advantageous.
  • Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong rhetorical, instructional, and self-learning abilities.
  • Service-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
  • Willingness to travel / valid driver's license class B is preferred.
