Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at STRABAG AG. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and implementation of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including construction site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS-Office and project management software
  • Knowledge of construction contract law and industry regulations
