Exciting Opportunity as a Construction Project Manager at Ingenieurbüro Kuhn und Partner mbB:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Ingenieurbüro Kuhn und Partner mbB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from planning to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Construction Management: Oversee construction activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit tender documents for construction projects, including bid proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Quantity Surveying: Determine quantities for trades and positions, ensuring accurate cost estimates and budgeting.
  • Building Permit Procedures: Initiate and obtain necessary building permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Invoice Review and Preparation: Review and prepare invoices for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Preparatory Work: Conduct preparatory work, including schedule preparation and coordination with stakeholders.
Your Profile:
  • Education and Qualifications: Completed training as a Construction Technician or equivalent qualification.
  • Skills and Experience: Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong understanding of building technology and regulations.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable: Professional experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
