Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our bridge construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in bridge construction
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
