Project Manager: Road and Civil Engineering

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our road and civil engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and quality metrics
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, including new projects and revenue streams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in road and civil engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software, including project scheduling and cost control
