Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Administration Intern. The successful candidate will support the administrative handling of the application process, maintain personnel files, and assist in the creation and management of employment contracts and other documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the administrative handling of the application process
- Maintenance and management of personnel files
- Assistance in the creation and management of employment contracts and other documents
- Participation in the organization and implementation of onboarding processes
- Support in the creation of reports and evaluations
- General administrative tasks in the daily business
Requirements
- Enrolled student or graduated student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, human resources management, or a similar course of study
- Interest in human resources and initial experience in the HR sector is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Strong organizational skills and a careful way of working
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
