About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trading Specialist to join our dynamic team at Europcell GmbH. As a key member of our sales structure, you will play a crucial role in setting up and expanding our sales operations, as well as participating in the management of our global sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the controlling department in analyzing sales figures and preparing reports
  • Collaborate with the managing directors to provide administrative and organizational support
Requirements
  • University degree or comparable apprenticeship
  • Proven experience in sales or internal sales, preferably in a trading or logistics environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English language skills, with knowledge of German or Spanish desirable
  • Ambition and motivation to develop into a sales management role
