We are seeking a highly skilled Field Quality Lead to oversee and manage field problem prevention, developing early detection measures to prevent growth of issues, and field action execution end to end for specific modules.

The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in engineering or similar studies, experience in Quality Management and in Automotive Industry, preferably in the area of field quality, and professional experience in the field of problem solving of field issues and failure elimination process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential problems and support root cause analysis
  • Coordinate corrective field actions and collaborate with stakeholders across departments
  • Streamline the problem-solving process and ensure successful campaign execution
  • Measure success by timely closing, commercially effective delivery, and no breach of governmental regulations

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in engineering or similar studies
  • Experience in Quality Management and in Automotive Industry, preferably in the area of field quality
  • Professional experience in the field of problem solving of field issues and failure elimination process
  • Professional experience in the field of complex problem solving methods (Six Sigma, DOE, 8D,...)
  • High team skills, empathy, and communication skills
  • High organizational skills and result orientation
  • Pragmatism and a good understanding of lean principles
  • Very good English skills
  • Good MS-Office knowledge
  • Willingness to travel for business trips
