Intern Field Quality Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern Field Quality Specialist to join our team at INEOS. As an Intern Field Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our quality assurance processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process issues reported by business partners and ensure tracking of topics in the complaint management tool.
  • Support all complaints, including status tracking.
  • Act as a contact person for multiple departments regarding respective issues.
  • Work according to the 8D method and handle report generation for our management.
  • Improve current reports to create more transparency and need for actions for management.
  • Support the evaluation and maintenance of complaint key figures.
  • Identify risks and escalate particularly complaints for decision on proposed solution, especially in critical cases.
  • Prepare complaints principles, guidelines, and processes for effective claim management in consultation with the respective corporate strategy of the department.
  • Act as an interface between business partners, products, product development, failure analysis responsible, and production.
  • Prepare, organize, and follow up on regular appointments/workshops with internal and external partners.
  • Independently process transferred work packages and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled student in mechanical engineering, business administration, and engineering or a comparable program with completed basic studies.
  • Interested in interdisciplinary and cross-functional context and work within a company.
  • Experience in complaint management, problem-solving methods, ideally within the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • High degree of commitment and dedication, ability to work in a team, communication skills, independence, and initiative.
  • Good analytical thinking.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Good MS-Office knowledge.
