About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at DO & CO Deutschland Holding. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing conferences, events, and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conference and Event Coordination: Coordinate and book conference rooms, organize conferences, and create proposals for special events.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform operational tasks during special events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Guest Management: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Industry: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
