About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator at Dorint Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare event spaces, including banquet and meeting rooms
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Provide exceptional service to our international and national guests in the restaurant and meeting areas
  • Collaborate with the kitchen, sales team, and other departments to coordinate events
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event planners and coordinators
  • Process event payments and reconcile accounts
  • Support our service team during peak periods

About You

  • A degree in Hospitality or related field, or relevant experience in event coordination
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and working as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as you grow with our company
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
