Service Offerings Manager

As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the development of service offerings from initial concept through to market launch and subsequent enhancements to support our global Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) instrument division.
Key Responsibilities- Drive continuous enhancement of existing services, including customer training, CGT process and analytical customization services, as well as instrument qualification and integration services.
- Engage with clients to gather insights and identify emerging trends that can lead to new service opportunities tailored to future demands.
- Collaborate effectively within the product management and marketing teams, working closely with our service organization and other internal stakeholders such as business development and sales.
- Ensure the strategic positioning and presentation of services align with our business objectives and market strategies.
- A master's degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or PhD is preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing or product management, particularly with a focus on service-oriented roles.
- Adept at thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating high levels of self-organization and commitment.
- Strong persuasive skills and a goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for interdisciplinary teamwork and open communication.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in English.
