Patient Care Quality Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Patient Care Quality Manager at CBT - Caritas- Betriebsführungs- und Trägergesellschaft GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system focused on patient care, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage quality assurance measures, including the assessment of training needs and the development of training concepts for nursing staff.
  • Establish and maintain procedures and standards, collaborating with authorities and medical services to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide practical training for nursing students and act as a contact person for volunteers and interns.
  • Maintain relationships with nursing schools and partners, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a registered nurse
  • Additional qualification in nursing management or administration
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Qualification as a practice instructor is a plus
  • Business and customer-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of legal frameworks
  • Experience with electronic nursing documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High level of responsibility and commitment
  • Strong methodical and motivational skills
