Regional HR Manager for Southeast Asia

Role Overview
As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions that support our operations in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires from job posting to integration.
- Offer expert advice and assistance to management and staff on all HR-related issues.
- Draft and manage employment agreements, visa applications, and documentation related to promotions and salary adjustments, while tracking employee leave and absences.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and the employee handbook to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Identify and coordinate training opportunities for the Southeast Asia team to enhance skills and performance.
- Participate in strategic HR initiatives, including the launch of new facilities and the integration of HR technology.
- Conduct analyses on compensation and benefits to ensure competitive offerings.
- Handle various HR projects, including managing insurance programs and collaborating with educational institutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Singapore, with additional experience in Malaysia considered advantageous.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.
- Comprehensive understanding of Singaporean Labor Law, with knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law being a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with MS Teams.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.
