Are you enthusiastic about the beauty and wellness sector? Herbliz, a prominent player in the CBD market, is seeking a committed B2B Sales Coordinator to assist our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating smooth operations, fostering client connections, and contributing to overall sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Assistance:

  • Support B2B sales representatives in managing client portfolios, including order management and follow-up.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and agreements for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Client Engagement:

  • Address client inquiries promptly through various communication methods.
  • Provide detailed product information, pricing, and assist with client requests.
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain sales databases, including client details and sales activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up sessions.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.

Market Analysis:

  • Assist in identifying potential B2B clients, generating leads, and collecting market intelligence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
