Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to support our dynamic sales team in the CBD industry. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, nurturing client relationships, and driving overall sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist B2B sales representatives with managing client accounts, including order processing and follow-up.
    • Create sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee prompt delivery of products and services.
  • Client Communication:
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries via various communication channels.
    • Provide product details, pricing information, and support client requests.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Organize and update sales databases, including client information and sales activities.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up sessions.
    • Handle administrative duties like filing, data entry, and report creation.
  • Market Research:
    • Assist in identifying potential B2B clients, generating leads, and gathering market insights.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
    Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Experience: Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
    Skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Detail-oriented and organized approach.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Familiarity with CRM software would be beneficial.
