Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Berlin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales goals, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth by enhancing sales performance and fostering strong client partnerships.
- Design and implement creative sales strategies tailored to the European market.
- Lead our sales team in Berlin to exceed sales targets.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts.
- Negotiate and close contracts with major clients across Europe.
- Evaluate performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify and explore new potential clients and market opportunities in Europe.
- Provide timely and effective solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to uphold brand standards.
- Stay updated on new product launches and ensure the sales team is well-informed and ready.
- **Essential**: Proven track record as a Sales Director in the cosmetics and dietary supplements industry in Germany.
- Strong ability to analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Familiarity with CRM software, along with fluency in both German and English.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
