Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all organizational tasks related to educational programs, including scheduling, event planning, and record-keeping.
- Handle correspondence, order processing, and invoicing in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide project support to course leaders, including data entry, research, and report preparation.
- Welcome visitors and guests, and provide general administrative support to the team.
- Assist management with administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in administration and reception is desirable.
