Administrative Assistant to General Manager DACH

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager DACH. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager DACH, including management of day-to-day tasks, mailboxes, and Share Point administration.
- Prepare meetings and presentations, as well as follow up on actions.
- Consolidate and prepare information and figures for decision proposals.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including direct reports, headquarters, and the office and retail team in DACH.
- Support with project and event organization as needed.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills. German communication skills are also required, and additional language skills are an advantage. You should have experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
