Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management of administrative and organizational tasks for the General Manager DACH, e.g. support in day-to-day business, mailbox management, Share Point administration, appointment and travel management, correspondence managementPreparation of meetings and presentations as well as follow-up of actionsConsolidation and preparation of information/figures for decision proposalsActive communication with internal stakeholders (direct reports to GM, Headquarters CH/AT, Office and Retail Team DACH) as well as external stakeholdersSupport with projects or event organization (if required).About you

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideal within an international settingExcellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skillsGerman communication skills, additional language skills are an advantageExperience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointA networker personality with team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organizationStructured way of working, analytical and problem-solving skillsComfort with digital technologiesHighest standard of personal integrity and discretion, particularly regarding sensitive topics, fostering complete trust and confidentiality.What we offer
