Position: Customer Support Specialist
About Us: Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Deutschland GmbH, based in Ludwigsburg, is a prominent provider of product lines such as ADDISON, SBS Software, and AKTE. With a workforce of over 600 across 15 locations in Germany, we play a vital role in the Tax & Accounting sector within the Wolters Kluwer Group. Numerous tax consulting firms and approximately 1.5 million small to medium-sized enterprises in Europe depend on our software solutions.
Your Role:
- Serve as the main point of contact for user inquiries related to our software solutions.
- Deliver customer support through various channels including phone and email.
- Record customer interactions in a state-of-the-art support management system.
- Recommend solutions to clients for maximizing the use of our ADDISON software.
- Collaborate with teams from Consulting, Software Development, and Product Management.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship.
- Practical knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic familiarity with financial statements and controlling is advantageous but not essential.
- No prior experience with the ADDISON program is necessary - comprehensive training will be provided.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for engaging with clients.
