About the Role

The Business Development Manager will work closely with our expert teams to deliver innovative software solutions to our clients. This role reports to the Business Development Director, EU based in Vienna, Austria.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and close new sales.
  • Run successful discovery sessions to qualify customers further.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle with a focus on nurturing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain rapport with customer accounts using interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to execute business development strategy and drive new leads.
  • Create custom proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Comfortable communicating with technical audiences, including CTOs, VPs, Directors, Engineering Managers, and other engineering stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of technical terminology, platforms, tools, and the overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Personable and able to cultivate in-depth relationships with clients.
