Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the commercial development and revenue growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, commercial operations, and sales, with a proven track record of delivering key milestones and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Manage and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business performance and progress towards goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, commercial operations, or sales in a biotechnology or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in English is required, with German language skills desirable but not essential.
