IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our dynamic team at Quotacom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing IT infrastructure and security strategies, managing IT incidents, and coordinating cybersecurity measures.
This is a high-visibility role that offers autonomy and the freedom to innovate. You will oversee infrastructure and system administration for software products and provide IT support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
IT - Security:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT security strategy to protect our company and family's assets.
- Review and introduce new security standards and processes to ensure the highest level of security.
- Identify and respond to cybersecurity incidents, containing and resolving them to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security breaches.
- Create a training program to educate employees on IT security best practices and reduce risks.
- Implement data encryption for sensitive data and serve as the technical contact for our private alarm systems.
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure the highest level of security.
IT - Infrastructure:
Software:
- Manage and administer all software products and apps, primarily Microsoft.
- Review and optimize user rights concepts in collaboration with department managers.
- Create and maintain user profiles for all end devices.
Hardware:
- Procure and set up new hardware as needed.
- Provide IT onboarding for new employees.
Support:
- Offer technical support to our employees.
- Provide IT support to our family, including private devices.
